About the Role

Responsible for translating client requirements into a cloud structure that matches these requirements.

About the Role

Responsible for being the first point of contact for all clients.

You will be responsible for the logging of all client requests using our inhouse ticketing system. You will be the face of the business so excellent communication and customer services skills will be essential. Your day to day responsibilities would include:

About the Role

Responsible for the leading and direction of our helpdesk 1st and 2nd line teams.

You will be responsible for taking responsibility for the service and engagement standards delivered to our customers through our various communication channels, ensuring the service delivered is up to our customers expectations. You will also help with team performance monitoring and coaching requirements as well as generating reports for quality management.

About the Role

Responsible for on site hardware and networking installations

You will joining a team responsible for the installation of client networking and infrastructure equipment across the UK and Northern Ireland. You will be the representing Crydent’s technical expertise so excellent technical, communication and service skills will be essential. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving license will be required, company car will be provided.

Your day to day responsibilities would include: 

  • Attending prescheduled hardware installations across the UK and Northern Ireland
  • Quoting works and working with the sales team.
  • Offering on-site and remote technical support or escalating issues onto relevant departments where necessary
  • Produce and update support documentation & knowledge base articles for clients and the business
  • Dealing with suppliers for equipment procurements and purchase orders
  • Performing cabled and wireless networking installations as well as on-premise firewall / managed switch configurations
  • Installing patch cabling, CCTV systems and server equipment
  • Configuring Cloud VPN, Firewall, Load balancing and Switches.
  • Carry out installation and configuration of hardware and associated equipment within technical specifications and engineering standards.
  • Work with product teams to ensure services are appropriately configured for production release considering predicted load volumes, scalability, redundancy and security requirements
  • Respond to critical issues or other work outside of working hours as required
Skill Requirements
  • Strong networking knowledge including; MPLS, LAN, SD-WAN, Cisco Firewalls, Routers & Switches, Load Balancing, Security, Azure Networking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication.
  • Have the ability to explain abstract technical concepts in a simple to understand fashion
  • Strong Security knowledge including; Windows ATP endpoint and server protection, proxies, anti-ransomware, etc.
  • Good understanding of VMWare/Hyper-V
  • IP Telephony desirable
  • Travel to client offices across the UK where necessary for consultations and meetings (Expenses Paid)

About the Role

Responsible for being the primary point of contact for project delivery services for our clients.

You will be responsible for taking responsibility for the service and engagement standards delivered to our customers. Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving license will be required, company car will be provided if required.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Management and ownership of the production service, service definition and SLAs.
  • Relationship management with the customer’s business, including head traders, operations, compliance, support and technology disciplines.
  • Management & communication of critical production incidents. Lead with communicating any post mortem activities, explanation and write up.
  • Ensure effective and structured communication with customers, including ensuring meetings are documented and actions circulated in line with current processes.
  • Analysis and documentation of customer requirements.
  • Delivery plan to the customer on larger, complex or non-standard engagements.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships at all levels within the account to become the clients trusted advisor
  • Supporting the commercial team in negotiating contracts, agreements and changes.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to each client where desired
