Our Approach and Mission

Our mission to create a modern workplace started with implementing modern and forward-thinking working practices and nurturing a culture that takes mental health and wellbeing seriously.

We started by adopting an industry-leading 30-hour workweek alongside our “Flexi-shift” policy that allows staff to control their working hours. Our infrastructure has been built to support fully remote working as a priority. This allows staff to remove commuting times, removes our geographic recruitment boundaries, and helps cut down our overall carbon footprint.

We firmly believe in developing the knowledge and skills of our staff, promoting a training culture that builds on pre-existing skills and allows for growth within new areas. With a dedicated weekly training time allotment, our team has the space needed to learn valuable skills and obtain the relevant qualifications to progress in their careers.

As part of our 30 Hour work week, we request that all staff dedicate a minimum of 2 hours weekly doing training and learning activities to discovery new things and enhance their personal skillsets.

Paid for Exams & Certifications

We understand the role exams and qualifications have in furthering your career. We cover the costs for a wide range of exams, including all Microsoft Certifications and Prince2 Practicioner.
