Technical Marketing Coordinator
We are currently looking for a Technical Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. As a Technical Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in growing the company social media platforms, advertising our products and services through the like of google ads, and generating marketing materials for our website and social media platforms.
This role is fully remote with no commuting requirements. As such, you must be able to work independently and be comfortable with video calls and home working.
The role is a permanent contract with a full-time 30 Hour work week as standard.
The Role Responsibilities
- Write and edit technical content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases.
- Supporting the Marketing team with planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across Google Ads and social media
- Assist and lead the production of technical marketing materials for our products and services, including new and emerging IT technologies
- Evaluate marketing data and create reports on key metrics to track campaign efficiency and trend analysis
- Write and edit engagement focussed content for different platforms such as social media, internal website, and press releases
- Provide administrative and project support for various marketing programs as required

- Understanding of Cloud Technologies with a focus on Microsoft 365 & Azure
- Content Writing skills with a technical background
- SEO, Google Ads, Tag, and Analytics experience
- Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with the concept of remote working and digital meetings
- Able to work autonomously and manage workloads independently
- Organisational skills & time management

Technical Cloud Engineer
We are currently looking for a Technical Cloud Engineer to join our growing IT team. As a Technical Cloud Engineer, you will be a key point of contact for internal staff and external client’s regarding Azure, Intune, Windows ATP, and the M365 suite. Existing knowledge of on-premises equivalents are considered “as good as” to the Cloud equivalent as a lot of the skills will transfer with minimal training requirements.

The Role Responsibilities
- Providing feedback on internal systems and proposing new ideas for more efficient and optimal ways of working
- Define and document maintenance procedures for internal systems
- Participate in all aspects of systems implementation including planning, testing, and deployment.
- Acting as a technical point of contact for internal user support
- Educating team members on new technologies that may benefit both internal systems and our customers
- Identifying, analysing, and remediating internal system vulnerabilities and ensuring internal system compliance in-line with Microsoft best practices.
- Acting as a technical authority during CAB meetings to ensure proposed changes are feasible and accurate.
- Providing resource on internal technical Projects.
- Creating and Updating Knowledge articles to via the internal support system to assist internal and external staff
